We are White Feather Investigations, a full service private investigation agency. We have been providing outstanding service in your local area and throughout California for over seven years. We have designed methods to reduce unnecessary initial charges and include preliminary investigation and pre-surveillance steps that lower or which are provided to our clients at no cost. We have been providing services to individuals, State and County Agencies, private businesses, and corporations in California and abroad since 2002. Each investigator has been trained in our latest surveillance and/or interview techniques and utilizing the best state of the art equipment; resulting in excellent results in all types of surveillance and interview settings. We are licensed and insured in the state of California. We are a proud member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI).
We cover all of California and because our investigators live throughout the Southland we only charge ½ hour of travel time each way, to and from any investigation or surveillance location throughout Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego county. As an added benefit for our investigations in Riverside and most of San Bernardino County areas we don't charge travel time or mileage!

DUANE MINARD CHIEF INVESTIGATOR/ CO-OWNER:
I am Duane Minard, co-owner of White Feather Investigations.My office has handled a number of cases for Private Clients and Attorneys, as well as other Private Investigation Firms from across the United States.We specialize in all types of surveillance operations, including infidelity, child custody matters, civil liability, and worker's compensation surveillance and investigations.As the lead investigator, I have over twenty-three years of Law Enforcement experience and a very extensive background in both criminal and civil investigations, since working as a full-time Private Investigator for over seven years.
I am a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and as a Security Police Officer, I was assigned to the Law Enforcement Canine Division. After my Honorable Discharge, I joined the Riverside Sheriff's Department. I am a thirteen year veteran of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, having worked patrol and then working as an Investigator and Senior Investigator in Narcotics and Major Crime Units for over nine years.
CESARIA HERNANDEZ INVESTIGATOR/CO-OWNER:
Investigator Hernandez received her education at the University of California, Davis, where she majored in Dramatic Arts. An Accomplished actress, Investigator Hernandez has honed her acting skills over the past six years working undercover assignments, including working as a decoy in domestic surveillances and posing as employees in corporate settings to uncover fraud, theft, drug use and drug sales. Investigator Hernandez has been highly successful in identifying a number of theft rings, major narcotics traffickers and other company fraud issues. Inv. Hernandez is also tasked with the duties of Office Manager and Case Supervisor.
In addition to her duties at White Feather Investigations, she is a host on a local weekly television program known as "The Valley Connection". She has interviewed a number of U.S. Congressmen, California State legislators, City Mayors and Supervisors, and other local business persons, entertainers, and politicians.
Our Staff
Inv. Luis Carpio, Senior Investigator in charge of the greater Los Angeles area. Inv. Carpio is Fluent in Spanish and has an extensive background in all forms of surveillance and security related issues. Inv. Carpio has been with White Feather Investigations for over four years and has provided top notch service to our many satisfied clients time and time again.
Ms. Kayla Friend, Office Staff. Ms. Friend is a valued asset of our organization. She conducts the majority of our back office workload including filing, dictation, drafting reports, declarations, and payroll.
